A remarkable labor is almost completed : the CRT screen installation at th new company of Florensis in Dinteloord . It is not the magnanimous undertaking Holland Scherming has ever realised , but it is a complex project , both technically and logistically .
Florensis will grow youthful plants at the company localization Nieuw Prinsenland in Brabant . This is done with minimum function of energy and crop protection agent . The glasshouse has an area of around 60,000 straight m , the company hall is 5,400 square meter .
Minimal truss heightTechnically , the screen door induction is quite a challenge for Holland Scherming . The installation with three unique filmdom on top of each other is assembled in a truss with a stature of only 66 centimetre . That requirement even made it necessary to add the screen locomotive with the smallest possible shell . By using the Smart Spring system , Florensis is able to reduce every screen to a modest package .
The complexity of the blind , three on top of each other combination , in combining with a loaded planning , demanded an unusual solution of Holland Scherming . They simultaneously worked in three shifts - 20 employees in sum - on the task , with seven political platform , fend for by two Merlo telescopic coach .
Eye for detailsThe attention to details is noteworthy . Beforehand , a draw of consultation with the greenhouse builder took place to realise a attractively integrate installation . Holland Scherming rarify everything to the fine detail . They used customize metallic element typesetting ( white powder coat brand plates ) to seal of the nursery at the connexion of the horizontal installations to the facade and make it light and energy proof . The side coating of the facade screen are neatly sealed with typesetting . The engines are nicely covered and protect against moist and crap .
The figure speak for themselves : 12,000 Smart Springs have been used in the installation , 87,000 truss clamp of stainless steel wire and 250,000 cadence of steel telegram . In total , there will be 181,000 straight cadence canvas installed in the nursery , support by 1,000,000 meter polyester conducting wire .
Besides the usual screenland strips for the screen home plate , also screen plate have been instal through the ( inner ) facade . The truss has been ready with sufficient support .
in effect coordinationIn bitchiness of the short realization time and the high complexness , Holland Scherming completed the project perfectly according to schedule . This is also made possible by the good coordination from Florensis and the cooperation between the convoluted structure partners . Already at an other stage , construction drawings have been change with the greenhouse builder to accomplish an optimal integration of greenhouse and installation .
