No , not the Fast Forward plan , and not cold turkey . Honestly , the hunger I feel was the bad I can call back during a restricted food program . In hindsight I should have just added one extra meal a day , or followed the Core program alternatively , and that probably would have resolved the hunger and forbid the light - headedness .

Also , in hindsight , it would probably be right to but remove all sugar from one ’s intake for a week before starting the plan . This direction , the headache and symptoms of stop pelf would be resolved beforehand .

Yes and no . I do n’t think it ’s healthy to feel very hungry . I remember it activate overeating and a fixing on food . But , I was really gallant of myself for getting through all of the day despite this . But again , it ’s probably not good to mess with one ’s consistence this way .

While I ’m still too blockheaded around the midsection for my like ( hello , middle age ) , I can say my weight change very small which is a self-aggrandizing melioration from eld ago when it was a yo - yo situation which can be very operose on the heart and metabolic process .
