PRESERVATION TIPS

HANG DRY
This is the most pop way to preserve herb from the garden .
What to do : dry out them in a glowering , airy place . ensure they are not in direct sun and have good air circulation around them . wad them with rubber striation and hang them upside down . To remove leave or peak from dry stem , simply strip down the dried works from the stems or shake into a newspaper bag until the stem are clean , then empty the purse into a spiciness jolt . Leaves and seeds should be kept whole , to be crushed down when need .

FREEZE
An choice to drying herbaceous plant is to freeze them . Some , not all , herb will retain their property when freeze down . The freezing process will darken leave of absence and shift the look of the herb , but will scarcely be noticeable when blended into mixes or added into hot liquidity .
