As we begin to wrap up the bounty of the summer garden , we decide it was the perfect time to use those delightful late summer Lycopersicon esculentum , potatoes and green bean to prepare a pot of Homemade Vegetable Soup .

Although the current weather condition does n’t name a tender and hearty repast ( It has been in the 80 ’s with high humidness ) , we will be glad we read the clip to prepare the soup in the dog days of summer when the garden is cover in several inches of snow during the middle of wintertime .

To put in , we part the soup into quart container and place them in the freezer . After they become solidly frigid , we then place them in food saver pocketbook for long terminus storage in our deep freeze .
When we are ready to enjoy the soup we simply place the stock-still brick into a medium sauce cooking pan and heat it good .

Warm , Hearty and Healthy Tomato Soup
Ingredients:3 carrot , diced2 ribs of celery , diced2 medium potatoes , diced1 spiritualist Allium cepa , diced1 large garlic clove of Allium sativum , minced4 cup of dice tomatoes2 1/2 cups chicken broth2 cups water1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon Italian seasoning1/2 teaspoon ground grim pepper1 cup of fresh sweet corn , cut off the cob2 cups green dome , cut into bite size pieces1 cup peas ( we used shelled sugar snap peas)1 bombastic zucchini , chopped1 cup cabbage , swerve in tenuous strips
