On Wednesday 13th February 2019 , Hillier Nurseries host a number of trade guests , including garden nerve center buyers from across the UK for its annual Open Day .
With the splendid late wintertime sunshine casting warmth and Inner Light across the locus – one of the company ’s impressive greenhouse near Romsey , Hampshire – there was a clear appetite for British maturate plants and many positive discussion about the industry .

Guests enjoyed talks on a mountain range of industry topics , including biosecurity , sourcing new plants and steer for successful selling . A first facial expression was give into forward motion towards RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2019 – with some client smartly discern the ‘ Chelsea corner ’ of plants in progress . The HTA also presented on the oeuvre the body is doing on behalf of the industry .
