Farming Roots

“ I was resurrect growing food in a community garden that my household jump in the ’ 90s , ” says Williams , recalling her land roots . “ In my early 20s , I had the chance to raiselayer hensin the garden . This experience urge on me to pursue a career in fauna farming and sparked my desire to transition from urban to rural farming . ”

“ Some of my favourite ways to enjoy it are sautéed with seraphic Indian corn , tomatoes andsummer squashor served with a side of cornbread , ” says Williams when asked about thought for cooking with okra .
