A favorite hobby
Today we ’re visiting Brandy ’s garden .
I garden in Zone 9b in the sunny state of Florida . Gardening is my favorite hobby . If I am not in my garden I ’m visiting gardens , watching garden video , or teaching others how to garden .
This has been the most intriguing and playfulness year , as I am presently transfer all my beds out . We derive a sight ofshadein the last ten years . I ’m promptly learning what will mold and what will not . I ’m mostlyplanting perennialsand bush that provide interest at unlike times of the year . My favourite plant life are the ones that easy procreate , because they assist me fill in my garden’snooks and crevice .

Yarrow(Achilleamillefolium , Zones 3–9 ) has to be one of the most adaptable plant out there , thriving in the cold of garden and all the agency down in Florida . The clusters of flowers are favorites of a wide reach ofpollinatorsas well .
White cosmos ( Cosmosbipinnatus , annual ) is welcome in any garden . Here it is unify withtomatofoliage .
In a container , the unusual blooms of a bottlebrush plant ( Callistemon , Zones 9–11 ) make a beautiful centerpiece .

Brandy is a great veggie grower , as show by this colored harvest ofbeets .
I lie with the way this white osteospermum ( Osteospermumhybrid , usually grown as an one-year ) echoes the white diversification on the shrub behind it .
Pink roses and hydrangea bloom behind a swarm of yellow daisies .

Bigleaf hydrangeas(Hydrangeamacrophylla , geographical zone 5–11 ) are popular in garden in many different climate and are always beautiful .
Shrimp plant ( Justicabrandegeeana , Zones 9–11 ) do showy clump of crimson bracts for an strange and long - lasting showing . More - northern gardener may know this as a houseplant .
And speaking of thing I ’m used to seeing grown as houseplants , insure out this tremendous philodendron ! I think it is the split - folio philodendron , Philodendron bipinnatifidum .
